Agrobacterium-Mediated Transformation Platform — Efficient and Reliable Genetic Delivery System

 The Agrobacterium-Mediated Transformation Platform provides a highly efficient and stable system for delivering genome-editing constructs into plant cells. By optimizing Agrobacterium strains, infection conditions, and tissue culture protocols, the platform ensures high transformation frequency and reproducible regeneration of edited plants.

This system is compatible with multiple editing toolkits, including Cas9, Base Editor, and SpRY vectors, enabling seamless integration from design to transformation. Customized vector backbones with selectable fluorescent (RFP) markers allow early identification of positive transformants, facilitating precise screening and efficient isolation of target lines.
